I have been to Ciara a couple of times now to have my roots done and I am so happy with the outcome. She I thorough, I am not left with white hairs which I have been before elsewhere and the colour lasts and does not fade.
I would definitely recommend Ciara and this salon. I would warn she does get booked up but I think that speaks volumes.

Haircut was ok - the stylist seemed distracted at times and was abit heavy handed and rough with how she handled my head/hair compared to other places I’ve been to. The stylist didn’t ask about how I usually styled my hair so this didn’t feed into the cut.
