I’ve being going here for a haircut a good couple of times throughout the last 3 years and never had any problems. However I must say that my previous experience was far from the best. I had a dry hair cut on my naturally long hair. The lady brushing my hair was rough and pulling my hair instead of gently brushing it. I felt very uncomfortable. A haircut should be a relaxing and enjoyable experience….fair to say it should have been handled differently.
