Another relaxing 90 minutes with wonderful Agnes to loosen up the stiff back muscles before a golf match final. Always effective and worth every penny even though I sadly lost the match on the 18th!

I have had many treatments now with Agnes and every time is great.
The treatment I choose to have is a deep tissue massage with trigger points. Agnes always finds any tight spots and releases them. I always come out after the treatment feeling great, relaxed and re-balanced. This feeling of being re-balanced lasts me for days afterwards.
The way I would best describe this treatment is it allows my energy to flow throughout my body more efficiently by releasing any blockages. Wonderful!!!
