My first experience of Pressotherapy And it was a good one. The treatment is incredibly relaxing (depending on the pressure you select) – I fell in and out of sleep. It is different to manual lymphatic drainage and both have their benefits from my experience. Agnes was very attentive making sure the equipment was well set up and popping back to see that everything was fine from time to time.

I enjoyed my experience at Thara having a lymphatic drainage massage. Agnes was welcoming, friendly and professional. At no time before, during and after the treatment did I feel rushed. I was comfortable, relaxed and can see the benefits of the massage as Agnes predicted. I cannot wait to go back.
