My massage today with Rachel was the best massage I have ever had. It was clear right from the beginning that she knew what she was doing. I was greeted by a member of their team - the manager - who assessed my calves in spasm within 5 mins of me sitting there and after an inpromptu massage of my calf (which of course he asked me if he could). After the massage I was offered coffee and biscuits. I am going back next week! This is vital for physical and mental health!!

I had Rachel for a sports massage and she managed to remove knots ive had in my muscles for months and release areas that were painful due to trapped nerves. highly recommended for anyone with chronic muscle and joint pains

Rachael is truly professional and outstanding. Pointed out the issues with my lower back and sciatica and as well as massage unlocked the areas that were causing me pain. Will be visiting again
