Melissa is delightful - very experienced and competent, talks you through what to expect beforehand. Works swiftly and virtually painlessly - I had electrolysis. No after effects. But she told me to contact her immediately if any problems, so reassuring. I would recommend to everyone.

Have been seeing Melissa for a few months now and just kept forgetting to put down a review! Since day 1 she has been amazing. She always puts me at ease, never has any trouble with finding time, knows everything you could possibly need to know. Of course electrolysis can be an uncomfortable or embarrassing thing, and I thought I would dread it or come in feeling that way, but she makes it feel like just having a chat and you forget any discomfort.
As a PCOS girl electrolysis is a godsend!!
