Working as a window cleaner I often struggle with neck and shoulder pain as well as lower back pain and Nancy makes me feel like a newborn:).I love Nancy for the fact that the massage is really deep and although it can be painful I feel relieved every minute. I appreciate the stretching elements as well as the dim lighting, soothing music and the ever-present scent of essential oils.
