A warm and friendly welcome. The salon is very atmospheric and tranquil. It was my first full body massage but it was all explained to me in advance, so I felt comfortable. The masseuse talked me through what she was doing and why and what kind of treatment I should book in the near future. No surprises, it was a good experience and I intend to go back. The only thing I didn't like was lying face down for an hour because my nose became blocked and I felt a bit breathless and slightly panic-y, but that was my problem, not the treatment's or masseuse's.
