A warm welcome on arrival, the room was well prepared and warm. The lady who treated me (May, I think) was excellent. She established my priorities and checked at each stage that the amount of pressure was ok. On departure I was advised not to drink alcohol that evening - something I would not have know. All in all a brilliant service.
