Greeted by a lovely lady who offered me a water or green tea, poured it out & carried it into the treatment room for me. The service throughout was outstanding, the therapist was really kind & friendly & when my treatments had finished there was a glass of water waiting for me when I reached reception. The massage & facial were both fantastic, I would recommend to others. Thank you to all the staff :-)

Was a lovely massage as always the only thing that could have been better is that staff didn't talk to each when giving the massage
