Deep tissue massage was very good, but facial was very poor, girl was coming and going out of the room few times as she kept forgetting pieces of equipment ( that was very annoying!) and she didn't give me a proper face massage. Also they don't use good quality products. The music in the background is not very relaxing and monotonous. I couldn't really relax because the environment there was very loud, I could hear people in the reception talking, babies crying, telephone calling, people opening the main door continuously. This is not a place were you can escape from the every day noise, clean your mind and relax! I will not come back, even though the deep tissue massage was very good.

This was my first visit to ThaiNamoon and I will certainly be returning. The staff are friendly and efficient and the treatments are very reasonably priced.

Found the deep tissue massage a bit too painful. I usually have a good threshold but it was at times too much. Would have preferred it if masseur had introduced herself. Receptionist was taking personal calls throughout all of her interaction with me which felt very impersonal. Don't think I'll be returning.
