I've visited a few times now and decided to for hot stones, my therapist was 15mins late which I said so fine, but on entering the room the trolley wasn't set up so as I was on the bed there was a lot of rattling and banging which I found not very relaxing. The therapist didn't give me a consultation on problem areas. The technique of the massage just wasn't up to the same standard that I'm used to, it was very rushed and I just found the whole experience a disappointment.
I will come again just not for this treatment.

The massage was lovely, however I think next time I will try a more traditional massage, it wasn't quite firm enough compared to the one I received from another therapist. Also the mood was ruined a bit as the room I was in is right next to the door and reception, there were a lot of people coming in and out and at one point it was really noisy with other customers talking very loudly right outside the treatment room, which really was not relaxing. A shame as my last visit was perfect. I will visit again.
