Fantastic massage. Beau knew straight away what my problem are was and worked really hard to relieve the pain it was causing me. I’m feeling much better and will be booking in again soon to keep working on the area. Highly recommend

Went for a deep tissue massage and Hollywood waxing, both experiences were very good. Massage was deep tissue as firm as supposed to be and Hollywood waxing was very professional.

Very average service, very disappointing experience! The beginning itself didn't bode well as the manager had assigned my chosen therapist to someone else. She said she didn't realise I had booked in a specific person but wasn't very helpful in accommodating an alternative scenario. Belatedly, she apologised for the mistake and the stressful start. We agreed that I will try out the assigned therapist and if I wasn't happy with the service, they would refund me. I went for massage and a facial so I will review both. I took a 60min deep tissue massage and it got over without the therapist turning me over and massaging the front! When I asked about it, she said that they turn over people only in 45 and 90min sessions which is bizarre. She then added that some clients prefer not to be turned over, so unless they ask, they aren't. But how is a first time client supposed to know all this?! The therapist also kept apologising for the lighting in the room, saying it should have been another room but they are busy today (?!) The one hour facial has no steam or extractions etc. They don't have a description written on treat well and neither do they start the service by explaining this. The therapist asked me if I had any makeup on before starting my facial and I told her I had sunscreen and kajal (eyeliner) in my eyes. At the end of the service, I found streaks of my kajal under my eyes. I am more stressed and unhappy after my service. The only reason I am giving it two stars is because the therapist was good at constantly checking the pressure with me and well, she did do something. Overall, this was either my unlucky day or just a bad investment of time and money. Won't be recommending this place in a hurry.
