amazing service and the lady was very friendly, it was my first deep tissue massage (i had strained my lower back quiet badly and had alot of knots in my upper right shoulder) she was caution to not put too much pressure and listened to my issue, did not feel uncomfortable at all and the general staff were really friendly! also i feel as light as a feather! will defo be coming back!

Unfortunately the massage this time was not very relaxing as the masseuse left the room three times with the door open. The actual massage was ok. Staff were polite but I did not feel relaxed at all. This is a shame as I have had previous good experiences here, but this has put me off so unfortunately I will not be returning.
