I booked a back & shoulder massage. I got a full body. There was no initial consultation as described on Treatwell. There wasn’t even an introduction. My very tight shoulders were left the same way. Masseuse was friendly but I was left disappointed

Not for the faint of heart, as my therapist really put in work to get out my knots. Overall great though if you're looking for a deep massage. Only one unfortunate thing -- she thought I booked an hour rather than 90 min so at the hour mark, she had me flip back over and just started repeating techniques from the beginning. Probably just a slight miscommunication error but a bit disappointing/annoying nevertheless.
