The treatment booked on the website wasn't what I received when I arrived at the spa. I wasn't ever asked by the therapist what pressure I would like, so it was more relaxing than the deep tissue I wanted. But the spa was very nice inside and centrally located.

it was a memorable relaxation experience, I will be coming back again soon! very professional staff, diligent approach to service and the massage was great too. the facilities are truly relaxing, and create an out of this world experience right in the middle of London.

Poorest Thai massage I've had in London. 40 mins of the 90 mins I booked were spent at the end massaging (or more like scratching) my scalp! The masseuse went through the rest of my body really quick and seemed to be browsing a manual or a smartphone, or perhaps the time, as she was struggling to come up with more things to do. Facilities are beautiful but doesn't make up for the bad treatments you get here. I'm glad my old go-to massage parlour, Sumanat at Beaute Bar, is back in action as they are the best value and best massage I've found in London.
