Lighting, candles and music do their best to conceal fact you are in basement of a warehouse ! Changing facilities not that impressive, and taking shoes off under rather ugly staircase did not enhance experience. But massage was good.

I left more stressed than when I arrived. That is hard to do and I would not recommend this place at all. Unfriendly reception lady. 1 hour massage booked and I was dressed and out the door etc by 25 minutes passed the hour. Terrible. The massages are all booked back-to-back without any contingency for even walking down the stairs to the massage room. If you do go, make sure you allow a LOT of time for q'ing at the desk and form filling and getting undressed etc so that you don't waste any precious minute of your hour massage. Aside from all of that, I've had a lot of massages and the standard of the one I had was not worth the money paid (super stress relief). Gutted as thought I had found my new "sanctuary" in London. Clearly not.

Very nice experience, but make sure to let the therapist know what level of pressure you prefer so that your experience doesn't turn out painful. Lovely place and very skilled staff. The only thing that would prevent me from going again is the price. It's a great thing if you wanna buy a present for a special occasion but not really for a regular thing as for me it isn't affordable. That isn't to say that the place isn't worth visiting though!
