The spa is beautiful. Ive Been there only for a blow dry with Francesco and the result was amazing will definetly come back - and why not try the spa!

Both velena and Francesco have done a great job, listening to what I wanted, and worked paying very much attention to details. The pedicure by Velena was done very well and the blow dry by Francesco as well. The only thing in that place is the welcome in by the people at the desk which could be improved and please don't always try to change the appointment order while I booked in that particular order, which was done that time, no pb.

A very relaxing tranquil environment in which to unwind. I booked an hour in the Sen Experience to follow the massage but lack of communication around what was available meant I was unable to make full use of the steam and sauna therapy due to lack of time. Make sure you have everything explained to you prior to starting treatments - don't be left guessing like I was!
I thought it was a little 'pricey'. I was offered a complimentary hour in the Sen Experience to make up for the bad experience, which was down to lack of communication on their part, I was disappointed not to be offered a refund for the bad experience as I was only visiting the area and wouldn't be returning for some time.
