I didn't get much explanation of the facilities, so was a bit annoying to look for everything by myself. Sauna was a bit cold, shower in the changing room was not working properly. There was no conditioner for the hair.
It was pleasant to have all the facilities for myself though, I assume they book slots to make sure no one is disturbed.

Great venue and really relaxing atmopshere. The sauna had a technical problem that day but staff was very nice and offered voucher for future visits.

The spa is beautiful. Ive Been there only for a blow dry with Francesco and the result was amazing will definetly come back - and why not try the spa!
