I've been here many times and i'm never disappointed, wonderful beautiful environment, so relaxing and the massages are excellent.
Its very luxurious, perfect for gifting someone or for a special occasion, but the price here is a lot less than similarly luxurious spas.
Phan is my particular favourite masseuse.

I didn't get much explanation of the facilities, so was a bit annoying to look for everything by myself. Sauna was a bit cold, shower in the changing room was not working properly. There was no conditioner for the hair.
It was pleasant to have all the facilities for myself though, I assume they book slots to make sure no one is disturbed.

Great venue and really relaxing atmopshere. The sauna had a technical problem that day but staff was very nice and offered voucher for future visits.
