I enjoyed the experience (the robes, the tea, the lounging area), however, there was no option to choose the gender of your massage therapist - which was fine for me, however the friend that came with me wanted a female therapist, and the staff were incredibly rude to her and refused to refund her since there were 'no other appointments available' even though I was asked when I checked in if I wanted to extend my treatment by 30 mins.
