Happy with the massage. Really helped with my pain for days after. Will need to go again as issue is longer term but worth the money
The venue is near Victoria station and good in location.
Staff are friendly and massage was excellent.
My 3rd time at this salon. Therapists are really good here, but it was a huge let down by the lady behind the counter. She asked me to book directly on my previous 2 visits, so she could avoid paying commission to Treatwell. She said it would be cheaper for me to book directly, but I couldn’t see any price difference so I booked again using the treatwell app. Therapist today pushed really hard to book direct next time, and I tried to ask the reception lady how much cheaper I would pay by booking direct. Instead of explaining how I could benefit from booking directly with her, she became very defensive and dismissive of me and kept saying ‘Just forget it’. It was very unprofessional and rude of her, when she could have just said the price would be the same and she was asking me a favour. All future visitors should be aware of the push to book directly and I’d encourage you to clarify if she says ‘cheaper if you book directly’ as this is clearly not the case..! I was ready to book next appointment while I was there but will never come here again with such poor attitude.
