The studio was difficult to find but once located, the staff was incredibly welcoming, including offering us water and adjusting our appointment time with no penalty when we were running late due to transit (you know how it is with London trains!). The massage itself was nice and good value - hot towels and tea were provided afterwards which helped in a relaxing experience.
