The massage itself was one hour long and I can still feel the benefits of it days after the session!
The staff was lovely and very accommodating, open to suggestions of going softer/harder on the fly.
An incredibly calming & relaxing experience, and the staff were very professional but friendly. Definitely have some of the herbal tea afterwards!
