Great massage as always - there was building work going on so the Boutique wasn’t its usual clean/sparkling self, but my therapist apologised & once I was in the treatment room, you’d never know what was happening outside!

Spa was well-located and busy. The treatment was relaxing and the staff member was lovely. The space itself was quite small and dark. I was hoping for a longer consultation before the start of the treatment and some recommendation/discussion on what would help improve my skin. While I got a nice glow immediately after the treatment I would have liked it to last longer. Overall an okay experience.

The treatment wasn’t what I really expected and I have a feeling the therapist wasn’t 100% sure what to do. Which meant the treatment didn’t last the full 30mins and was very repetitive in the techniques. Unfortunately the therapist had very long nails and at points her nails would scratch and dig into my head. I would recommend having a massage because when she did focus on my next and shoulders it was good. The salon was lovely and so was the staff, just a few improvements need to be made on the treatment.
