I booked this massage to relax and honestly I’ve just got home feeling achey and in pain, the foot massage and hand massage were both nice but the head neck and back massage were awful, I feel really bad saying this but it honestly felt like the woman wanted to hurt me, the head massage was so painful, my hair was being pulled it was not one bit relaxing at all, and the back massage, she focused in on a knot I had on my shoulder blade and I was in agony while she put all her weight onto her elbow to get it out, I could understand if it was a sports massage but not a bloody relaxation massage. I don’t mean to sound dramatic but I’ve just got home and I feel honestly a bit violated and anxious. My back is in absolute agony, I’ve got a thumping headache and I wouldn’t be surprised if I wake up with bruises tomorrow. I honestly don’t know what to say, I’m shocked that just happened.
