I'm rating this 3 stars because usually when it's your first time, you're asked to fill in a questionnaire etc upon arrival. I had none of that done and couldn't understand what the therapist was saying. It felt rushed and not quite relaxing after a massage should be. It could have been better. The foot massage was nice though.
