All the staff are very friendly and the venue is very relaxing. It is the only spa where I actually feel relaxed. I don't feel any rush to leave after my treatment and enjoy having a tea and even talking to other customers. I would normally have some friendly conversation with the therapist but the treatment itself was so relaxing I was almost asleep.
