Do not go here unless you have the entire day free as they don't keep to their booked times. It's a shame as the massage itself was great, as was the masseuse. However the overall experience of Thai spa was very disappointing. I booked and received a confirmation, only to have them call later on and change the time to two hours later. Considering I'd booked through Treatwell and the day before I let it go. I then rebooked after my appointment (directly with them!) for the following week, again had it confirmed. I the received a text (at 12.33am!) asking me to change - again! What is the point of booking? Very disappointing. It's not unreasonable to expect a booking to be honoured for the time you booked, which was convenient for you. I will not be going back.
