Will definitely not be returning here for a wax - I could have done a better job myself! I ended up walking out half way through the treatment as the beautician clearly had no idea what she was doing; repeatedly applying hot wax over the same area so my skin was burning and raw from repeat application, pulling off the wax before it was ready so it was tugging my skin, and just generally a really painful and uncomfortable experience.
Venue was a nondescript high-street hairdressers and beauty salon, however the massage was provided in a small separate room downstairs with a massage table.
The atmosphere was relaxing with low lighting and suitable music. The environment was spotless and hygienic. However the room itself was a little small.
The masseur was excellent, varying the amount of pressure according to my feedback, and while I experienced the expected minor aches the day after, my back and shoulders feel much improved and my muscles are carrying less tension. Recommended.
Thai Spa Massage was fantastic as usual. They were very flexible with my earlier than expected arrival time and treated me as well as always. I am a very happy repeat customer.

Do not go here unless you have the entire day free as they don't keep to their booked times. It's a shame as the massage itself was great, as was the masseuse. However the overall experience of Thai spa was very disappointing. I booked and received a confirmation, only to have them call later on and change the time to two hours later. Considering I'd booked through Wahanda and the day before I let it go. I then rebooked after my appointment (directly with them!) for the following week, again had it confirmed. I the received a text (at 12.33am!) asking me to change - again! What is the point of booking? Very disappointing. It's not unreasonable to expect a booking to be honoured for the time you booked, which was convenient for you. I will not be going back.
