Therapist kept talking to colleague with a loud voice. Told him several times to ease off the pressure especially on areas I have issues with. He didn't listen. What made it all worse was that the room was very hot no AC on a super hot day and the therapist was sweating terribly dripping his sweat on my body massaging it into my skin. It was disgusting. Didnt get offered any compensation except to use the shower facility. Will be making a complaint

the worst massage I've ever had. the masseuse had no technique and felt like she was just doing random pressing. the owner came in half way after I complained but I still wasted 40 mins of my £70 massage.
