Massage was very good. Only comment is that you are made to feel very unwelcome by reception if you arrive 5/10 mins early. We accommodated a late change to our appointment and when we arrived 10 mins early it felt like they wanted us to not sit in reception but come back. All felt strange to me

Therapist kept talking to colleague with a loud voice. Told him several times to ease off the pressure especially on areas I have issues with. He didn't listen. What made it all worse was that the room was very hot no AC on a super hot day and the therapist was sweating terribly dripping his sweat on my body massaging it into my skin. It was disgusting. Didnt get offered any compensation except to use the shower facility. Will be making a complaint
