My massage therapist was texting partway through my massage, then asked to change to a different masseuse so she could go work on someone else, ~25 minutes into my massage. Then it took the other person ~5 or so minutes to arrive, and they did not extend the massage at all to cover for the changeover time (their fault, not mine) or the ~10 minutes the first masseuse was distracted.
