I booked a back, shoulders and neck massage however most of the massage focused on my lower back. It was very painful which I fed back repeatedly. I have took painkillers and applied deepheat as my back, not surprisingly, has seized up.
Wonderful, de-stressing massage - I had so much tension. The stretches at the end were the perfect way to reset.
Had the most incredible back, shoulder neck massage by Jusmin. Worth every penny - definitely coming back. Facilities are very clean and ambience is very calming.
