I regret I wasted money on this treatment. My second time at Stanmore branch and very disappointed. Gin was not caring about the session at all, hardly covered me with a towel. She was also using cold oil on me, and I had to ask her to use the warm one as all therapist normally do. She hardly applied any pressure although I did say I wanted deep and slow massages. Instead she used very fast movement and it wasn’t deep enough. And finally, she finished the session 10 mins early. Disaster.
