I had sciatica trapped in the piriformis muscle and Ning the therapist performed hot stone massage and managed to release the nerve 80% and definitely next visit all will be fine. Amazing technique applied and felt very relaxed after the massage treatment. I would recommend this therapist as very professional.

Deep tissue massage was good overall however there was no introduction with the therapist eg their name, no pre treatment consultation, no forms to complete with medical history, questions about injuries etc. The music kept stopping and starting in the treatment and the ambience was missing. Therapist left to get a hot towel but didn’t tell me so I was wondering where she went mid treatment! Probably wouldn’t go back due to overall experience but the actual massage was reasonably good
