Deep tissue massage was good overall however there was no introduction with the therapist eg their name, no pre treatment consultation, no forms to complete with medical history, questions about injuries etc. The music kept stopping and starting in the treatment and the ambience was missing. Therapist left to get a hot towel but didn’t tell me so I was wondering where she went mid treatment! Probably wouldn’t go back due to overall experience but the actual massage was reasonably good
