First treatment, Swedish full body and the therapist just burned down the time lightly patting me and not actually 'massaging' me. It wasn't that it was too light - I don't like firm massages - it was literally just patting and stoking my back, akin what you'd do to a cat. My neck and and back are still all tense. I was waiting for her to actually "do" something and then the hour was up. Sorry to be harsh but to me it was a waste of money and more than a bit lazy
