Donna was very efficient in her work. The massage was good, she removed all the knots from the body and i felt relaxed and light after massage. Though a few basic things were missing like the room was very cold, we were not offered any towels or blankets to cover ourselves until we had to ask for it. And there is scope to improve the ambience of the room itself but overall experience was good.
