Capable staff and professional but overwhelmed by poor or non existent management. Not enough staff to attend pre booked appointments and walk ins. The appointments are booked too close to each other, the poor therapist have to be rushing from one client to another making the whole experience rather unsatisfactory.

First time I've gotten my legs waxed (and bikini line and armpits) and I was really impressed. She was quick, thorough, skilled and my body has never felt so smooth. Not a fancy salon but i wasn't after anything fancy, just effective, quick, not too painful hair removal and this was what I got. Will definitely go back!
