I have been going here for years. Recently since new ownership it has really gone downhill. I always book an appointment and pay upfront but every appointment this year, I have been kept waiting. Last time I got there and was sent to their other salon who tried to get more money out of me by claiming that it was more expensive there. This time I booked and had a call asking me to come 30 mins later. When I arrived I was asked to wait a further 20 mins. Seems priority is given to walk ins!
