5 stars! Lovely staff (so friendly, helpful, down to earth and understanding when I had to reschedule...long story), fab massage (I had the thai head massage and it was wonderful. Left with such a grin on my face), brilliant value for money, the room was nice and I do not live in London, but I will be booking an appointment when I next visit London. I have been having massages for years, and so I'm no newbie. Friendly team, even gave me a couple of exercises to practice at home. Can't wait to return. Really impressed with Treatwell too.

I arrived a little early and was welcomed straight in, the massage was brilliant, and the therapist kept checking I was comfortable and the pressure was appropriate whilst still leaving me to relax. Felt much better on leaving and would definitely go back.

This is my second visit with Joy in 3 months. She makes you feel comfortable before, during and after the session. Most importantly, her massages are heavenly, leaving me walking with ease after. Highly recommended!

I've never had a deep tissue massage before so I wasn't sure what to expect. The massage therapist Joy seemed to know what she was doing and was quite firm, sometimes bordering on uncomfortable, but I think that's what's supposed to happen. I asked her to concentrate on my lower back, which she did, but unfortunately I don't feel much better afterwards. The room was nice and warm, dim, and the music was pleasant. Joy was friendly and professional.
