Excellent, first visit and at the end I felt great.I had a prolapsed disc some years ago so I suffer discomfort.didn't realise how tight my whole body was but after the massage I felt a lot less stiff and regained some flexibility.
Excellent I'm going to make it a regular appointment.

Booked a same day appointment due to shoulder pain. Very clean environment and everyone working wore face masks and face protections.
Paid very close attention to my shoulder pain ( massage and a hot stone rub). It very much helped getting my shoulder back to normal and am now back in gym going 100.
Highly recommend this to anyone who is into fitness and strength training or anyone who needs to recover asap from a nagging muscle pain.

The massage was good but the therapist started late and finished 5 mins earlier which meant I only had a 25min massage. I think they need to use a stop watch to time all treatments. The therapist also didn’t do a few things I expected her to do.
Overall, it was a decent massage but needs some improvement as it felt rushed.
