I wrote an email outlining my concerns with my massage however it has gone unresponded to.
The therapist didn't ask or clearly care about what my specific concerns were and didn't ask if I had any injuries for her to be aware of.
Not only did I spend a lot of money, but I walked out still with pain and I also walked out with a new pain in my ankle.
Got the distinct feeling the lady didn't want to be at work, or working on my back that day.
