I've done some massage and access bar treatments at Thai Mandala with Ana and I can say that all were amazing. I have problems with my jaw (tension) and cervical. I can say that after the massage I improved a lot. Even the headaches are gone. I also recommend abdominal massage that helps to reduce migraines, improve sleep and lessen my anxiety. Thanks to Thai Mandala (Ana) for helping me so much.

Incredibly relaxing massage with Ana.
She is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
I arrived with very tight and painful back. This had completely gone by the time I left. I can't thank Ana enough and I very much look forward to re-booking soon.

I had a wonderful Thai massage with Ana recently followed by an Access Bars session which I had never had before and didn't really know what to expect. The massage was really thorough leaving me feeling amazing and at very reasonable rates. The Access bars session really added to the experience too and I found the experience very enlightening and will definitely be following up with some more of the same.
Ana works at The Tree Room in the centre of Colchester which was the perfect place for it
