I actually had two and a half hours of treatments one of which was a foot massage along with hot stone and deep tissue massage. It was fantastic and I came out of there feeling relaxed and would most definitely use them again.

The massage was great and she took time to talk through what I wanted and how much pressure to use. I was totally relaxed and the therapist (can't remember her name) was very professional. I came out feeling like she had worked every stiff muscle in my body and would definitely go there again.

It was great, i'd definitely book again. It was an unusual massage though - it felt very Thai and even included a bit of hot stones which I wasn't expecting - but in a good way! It is easy to find if you check out the pictures and remember to walk though the gym. The staff are all so nice and good at what they do. Also the pictures online are a little out of date - the therapy rooms don't look like that, they are much nicer!!

I booked my appointment well in advance & chose the salon mainly as it was convenient for my commute home. However the time of my appt was changed by the salon the day before to half an hour later then about an hour before they changed the venue to the Kensington salon instead! I wasn't best pleased as this was far less convenient for me and it was very late notice. The Kensington salon was easy to find - not very plush as squashed in a basement & it was very easy to hear another client outside while my treatment was carried out so not very private in feel. Maybe need some music? However, the therapist was absolutely lovely & carried out the treatment really well. I would return again to see her but I hope next time the booking process is a bit more as expected.
