I really enjoyed my deep tissue massage, except for a couple of issues: - I had an injured finger, and had to keep reminding the therapist to be careful with it. It was in a cast and I felt she should have remembered - this kind of caused me to be on edge a lot of the massage, making sure she did not touch my finger. - The walls were quite thin and there was commotion going on in the reception area which I found very distracting. Also the soothing music stopped with still about 20 minutes of my massage left and it felt a bit awkward in silence (and again I could hear the reception area very well). Other than that - the therapist was clearly very skilled and I found it to be good value for money, and I would return.
I go to Thai London Therapies often. This time I got very lucky with an excellent therapist. Great pressure and attention particularly sore/ tense areas without needing much direction. As always the room was clean, music at a good level to drown out people arriving in reception and friendly but not overly invasive staff. Shall go back again.
So great! Very nice staff from Thailand! The actual massage room is clean and comfy and I really enjoyed it! I did the couples massage with my fiancé and he really enjoyed it too! Will be back!
Great massage, with the therapist tailoring the massage to what my body needed, including the use of hot stones and hot towels. The room was warm and lights dimmed for relaxation too, which some places I've been to before don't do so well.
I have to start by saying my therapist was brilliant and I am very happy with my exfoliation treatment (my skin is literally glowing!) but the overall experience was considerably let down by the surroundings and lack of facilities. Little things like half used random high street toiletries in the shower room, having to ask for paper knickers and a mix up on what treatment I had actually booked made the place seem amateur. That said, for £80 my 2 hour treatment was very very good value for money and my therapist was chatty, friendly and gave an excellent massage. I would recommend if you want cheap and cheerful but a spa it is not.
