This place is just slightly out of the way, but once you know where you're going it's really no trouble at all - just a 5-minute walk from baker street or Marylebone Station. There are nice cafes and eateries in the neighbourhood to chill out in afterwards - you'll need to!
Since being introduced to these people via Treatwell, I've returned about a half-dozen times. Simple, pleasant and friendly facilities, clean and welcoming - lovely cheerful girls, polite and courteous - a super deep massage delivered by firm, confident hands. They'll use feet and elbows also, but only after securing your permission. They offered myself and another guest as many glasses of chilled water as we needed when we arrived - I've mentioned in a previous review that during the 2013 London heatwave, I was given robes and towels and a chance to use the power shower. Small touches like that help make this place - but the core product they deliver is a first-class massage therapy.
The prices are very reasonable for London especially with the Treatwell discount, and from being sceptical in the beginning I come to this place about once a month for some preventative maintenance. I am a keen amateur squash player and this place helps keep me on form.
I have quite few issues with my back, due to the fact that my work involves lots of standing and I tend to get neck and shoulder strain. I booked in for a deep tissue massage, based on the fact that the Salon offers late hour treatments and the reviews were really good!
My treatment was brilliant and very authentic. I have been to Thailand many times, and I can honestly say that the Massage was on par with the ones that I have had over there.
I felt invigorated and refreshed after my treament. The next day my muscles felt achey as though I had done a few rounds in the ring, but that is the norm with a Thai Massage.
Looking forward to booking in my next massage!
Overall great experience. The facilities are not as difficult to find as others saying - if you follow the instructions, you find them easy! It is small, but very professional.
Although we were 20 min late, we have received treatment for our remaining time and we got extra 1 hour complimentary massage for next time, which is fantastic, because it was our fault being late!
Massage was great, thai combined with hot stone and deep tissue. Very professional.
We will be coming back!

Probably the best Thai massage I have ever had and well worth the price. I have a bad back / neck from sitting on the computer all day and the therapist was able to crack everything back into place. I will definitely return. Sometimes you find therapists just going through a set script of massage but this wasn't the case here.
You can tell by all the good reviews on here that the management seem to really case about providing a good service.

As always at Thai London Therapy the service and massage were excellent. It doesn't matter who does the massage they are all of the same high quality and it is nice that each one does things slightly differently.
