The wax was done well however I was disappointed at the way I was treated. In the afternoon of the appointment I received a text asking if I could come 30 minutes later because they were running late. I replied yes but this was not ideal. I had plans that evening and it meant I would be in a rush. I arrived 5 minutes before the new time hoping i'd be seen quickly, after waiting 10 minutes a therapist came out and said they wouldn't be long. I must have looked like I was in a rush and wanted to be seen and the therapist commented don't worry it only takes 10 minutes! For a treatment which states takes 30 minutes I was not impressed that A I did not receive an apology for them being even later than rearranged, a thank you for coming later and B that she would rush through my appointment because they were busy. I won't be returning.

It is abit ticky to find if you are using Google maps. The place is actually behind Salt Cafe through the alleyway. The ambience is nice and the staff very professional. The place is busy too so it seems that many people are loving it. I will come back for sure!

You have to call before booking. Otherwise they will have to ask you to go to another location. And if that happens your treatment will be squiched in between other appointments which could be stressful.
A part from that, waxing was quick and professional with smaller hair pulled out with tweezers for a perfect finish.
