I am writing this review for a massage that never happened. As the saloon was too busy, they had to reject appointment . However, given taht I booked my appointment via Treatwell, this appears to be complicated. Even though the appointment was cancelled, Treatwell took money form my account. Since then, sent them two emils which they ignored and I tried to call them (ringing during 15 minutes, with a voice telling me that I am the next in line). Thai London Therapy Marylebone is an excellent salon but they are hurting themselves by colaborating with Treatwell who takes money from your account for services that never happened. So: my advice : go to the salon, it's excellent but don't book via Treatwell!

Having read other reviews on Treatwell and the venue instructions on how to find them, it was very easy to locate the entrance gate and find the ground floor gym - where I was greeted by the very friendly staff and directed to the stairs leading to the Thai London Therapy on the first floor. The venue itself is quite small but pleasantly decorated and very clean. I presume that the therapists do originate from Thailand and as I'd chosen a tailor made 1 hour massage, my therapist carried out a mix of authentic Thai massage with hot stones and relaxing strokes. Personally, I would have preferred a fraganced massage oil as I find it contributes to a sense of relaxation and indulgence but the product used was perfectly ok and I thoroughly enjoyed the massage. I will go back for a 1.5 hours session next time!

I loved the ambience and the service. The staff were really friendly and gave good service. I thought that the service could be better if the staff have told us what they were going to do and also asked if there were any parts of the body where we wanted more massage.

The lady was lovely and put me at ease through the whole treatment- which is what you need when you're having a wax.
Only down side was the noise from the gym downstairs- otherwise lovely
