Probably the least painful and quick Brazilian wax I have ever had! Staff were really polite, place seemed clean. They rang me up on the day to ask if I could shift my appointment earlier which I suppose could be problematic if I wasn't free, but luckily it was fine. Considering coming in for a massage next time.

A really lovely little salon - warm and decorated in neutral colours with fairy lights everywhere…very feminine and welcoming. Staff were lovely and the massage was nice and deep, just how I like it

First time I have visited this location having noticed their excellent price for massages on several visits to Treatwell.com. Finally booked a couples massage with a friend and it was a wonderful trip for a weekday pamper session. My friend was 25minutes late(!) and they still accommodated our full hour as they had time before the next person.
They did not make me feel uncomfortable when I was waiting for my friend either, which I would usually find awkward and embarrassing. They offered me water and chatted to me about general topics to put me at ease. There was no rush before or after.
When it came to the massage (my first thai massage) I was surprised by the effectiveness of the short time they spend stretching the limbs. My spine cracked! In a great way!! I was having lower back problems but it totally eased up thereafter, though its only been a few days.
Cost is obviously reflected in their location (through a gym) but they've done a good job of creating a relaxing atmosphere and pamper hub.
Also, too test of character, they had an awful customer yell at them as I was leaving because she had been unable to find the place and had subsequently missed her appt. They stayed super chilled and offered her the prepayment back, which was so nice of them.
Im definitely going back!
