As other reviewers have mentioned, it's a bit of a strange location, having to go through a gym (and interrupt someone's personal training session!) to get to the venue and yes, the couples room is directly above so you can hear the gym session going on downstairs but the staff and the massage more than make up for it. I had a nightmare flight (delays etc.) before we were due at our session and they did everything that they could to still try and fit us in, which I am very grateful for. Once we were on the table, the massage was absolutely amazing. The staff were constantly attentive, making sure that we were comfortable the whole time and you forget that you're in a little room above a gym.
